At the request of many, we are beginning to present the reasons for rulings issued by the judges of the Beit Din in many cases in Torah law (in a session of three judges) and in arbitrations (before a single judge) in all branches of the Beit Din in the years 2003-2005. The complex cases appear in the new volume 16 in the "Judicial Rulings - Jerusalem" series. The printed edition of the book is available for purchase in bookstores. The less complex cases have appeared and will appear in the periodic booklets published by the Beit Din administration and distributed in synagogues and bookstores.
