At the request of many, we are beginning to present the reasons for rulings issued by the judges of the Beit Din in many cases in Torah law (in a session of three judges) and in arbitrations (before a single judge) in all branches of the Beit Din in 2015. The complex cases will appear in the next volume of the "Judicial Rulings - Jerusalem" series, Part 16. The less complex cases have appeared and will appear in the periodic booklets published by the Beit Din administration and distributed in synagogues and bookstores.
